Partner ecosystem

Build, sell and deliver AI solutions together.

YPAI operates six structured partnership programs for organisations that introduce qualified opportunities, own customer relationships, pursue enterprise accounts with us, integrate technology, build new ventures or supply specialist delivery capacity.

Each program has its own commercial model, account rules, onboarding path and delivery structure.

The difference is customer ownership, not the amount of sales activity performed.

Six programs. One controlled commercial operating model.

A partnership is

an operating model,

not a logo exchange.

Approved YPAI partnerships are built around defined commercial terms, lead attribution, deal registration, account and conflict rules, responsibilities, onboarding, enablement, delivery coordination and performance review.

01QualificationWe assess your organisation, market position, capabilities, customer model and current opportunities.
02Commercial structureWe select the appropriate program and define attribution, account ownership, commercial terms, responsibilities and applicable protections.
03AgreementThe relationship is documented through the relevant agreement, program terms and opportunity-specific documentation.
04OnboardingRelevant teams receive the operating guidance, sales materials, technical information, contacts and procedures required for the program.
05ActivationOpportunities are registered, scoped and routed. Each party knows who leads the customer, proposal, contract and delivery.
06ReviewPipeline, delivery performance, commercial administration and program fit are reviewed against the agreed model.
How the ecosystem operates The exact mechanism changes by program. The requirement for clear ownership does not.

The support follows the commercial model.

YPAI does not apply the same process to every partner. Each approved relationship receives the mechanisms required for its program and role.

Partnership FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of partnerships does YPAI run?

YPAI runs commercial partnerships with data-infrastructure platforms, system integrators, and sector specialists where the combination delivers something neither party can deliver alone. Named public references include Nexdata (global training-data partner) and Cerence AI (automotive conversational platform). Partnerships are scoped against a specific engagement need rather than generic logo trades.

How does the YPAI partner program work?

Partner conversations start with a written brief describing the joint opportunity: customer segment, data or capability gap, commercial structure, and the named team on both sides. The first reply confirms whether the fit is real and what the next concrete step is. There is no public partner tier system; engagements are structured against the joint deliverable.

Can YPAI integrate with our annotation or MLOps platform?

Yes. Deliveries integrate with customer-preferred formats and storage targets (HuggingFace-Datasets-compatible Parquet, COCO, YOLO, CoNLL, JSON-Lines, customer-controlled buckets across AWS S3 / Azure Blob / GCP / on-prem). Platform-level partnerships (annotation tooling vendors, MLOps platforms) are scoped where the joint customer needs the data and the platform together.

Does YPAI accept reseller or referral relationships?

Reseller and referral structures are evaluated case by case against the joint deliverable. The bar is whether the partner brings something material to the customer engagement (sector access, regulatory expertise, integration capability) beyond pass-through of a contract. Generic referral programs are not part of the model.

Where is YPAI based and which markets do you serve?

YPAI is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with operations concentrated in EU/EEA jurisdictions. Customer engagements run across European and Nordic markets, with named automotive references in Asia (BYD) and global data-infrastructure partnerships (Nexdata). New-market engagements are evaluated against the regulatory and language coverage we can credibly deliver.

How do we start a partner conversation?

Submit a brief through /contact-us/ or the partner intake form on this page. First reply lands inside one EU business day with a feasibility read and the next concrete step. The first reply is from someone with context on the brief, not a generic confirmation email.
